Dr. Luisa Fulton
Dr. Luisa Fulton, DVM, is an Emergency Veterinarian at Veterinary Specialty Center of Tucson with a special interest in emergency and critical care, neurology, and anasthesia.
Dr. Fulton is originally from Miami, FL, she spent several years moving across California, Japan, Georgia, and Tucson from 2010 to 2017, gaining experience as a technician in various departments. Her passion for veterinary medicine, with its ever-evolving nature, drives her love for continuous learning and delivering top-notch care to patients.
Dr. Fulton earned her bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science from the University of Arizona in 2020, balancing studies with work as an emergency technician here at VSCOT. In 2024, she graduated from Veterinary school at the University of Arizona, having also worked as a neurology technician during that time. Her primary interests lie in emergency & critical care, neurology, and anesthesia.
She and her fiancé share their life with two rescues from Japan: Nigel, her soul dog, and Tito, their grey tabby cat. Additionally, they have a heeler named Zoey and a husky mix named Odin, both rescued from PACC. Outside of work, she enjoys rollerblading, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, gardening, and exploring the world. A devoted Miami Dolphins fan, she proudly cheers "Fins up!"
